Reimbursement policy

In J & M Servi SolutionsWe are committed to providing efficient and transparent services. However, because of the nature of our services, they apply certain restrictions on reimbursement. Then we detailed our policy for each service.

Online, Present and Mobile Notarization

  • the notarization is performed, no refunds are issued.
  • If the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours in advance100% will be reimbursed.
  • If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours of notice, an administrative charge of the 20 per cent of the cost of service.

Immigration Form Services

  • Payments for forms and document management are not refundable Once the process has started.
  • If the cancellation occurs before the start of management, 100% will be refunded.
  • Government or third-party fees are not refundable in any case.

Translation of Documents

  • If the translation has not yet been initiated, a full reimbursement.
  • If the translation process is already in progress, a proportional discount will be applied.
  • Once the translation is delivered, no refundsexcept in cases of error attributable to J & M Servi Solutions.

Renovation of Cuban Passport

  • If the procedure has not yet been sent, 100% will be reimbursed.
  • If it has already been processed internally, administrative and shipping costs will be deducted.
  • If he was already sent to the consulate, not refundable.

Vital Records (Birth, Marriage, Death, etc.)

  • If the application has not yet been processed, the full payment shall be reimbursed.
  • If it was already sent to the relevant entity, no refund may be made.

Officialization of Marriages

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours in advance: reimbursement of 100%.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours: 50% cost.
  • If any inconvenience arises hours before the ceremony you can reprogram for an extra cost of $25 if the ceremony will be held in J & M Servi Solutions. If the ceremony will be held in a place of preference you can reprogram at an additional cost of $45, as we prepare and reserve our availability for you at the scheduled date and time.
  • Once the ceremony was held, no refunds shall be granted.

Registration of Companies

  • If the application is still has not been processeda 100% reimbursement.
  • If the procedure has already been sent to government entities, no refund may be made.
  • In case of errors in the client's documents, we can help correct them at no extra cost, but if the errors are extensive and require extra work, additional charges.
  • Government and third-party tariffs are not refundable.

ITIN application (Contributor's Personal Identification Number)

  • If the application has not been processed, the 100%.
  • If the procedure was already sent, no refunds shall be granted, since the IRS does not allow cancellation of applications once submitted.

Labour application

  • The service covers only filling and subjecting the application of employment.
  • If the client doesn't get the job., no refunds are issuedbecause our job is only to manage the application, not to guarantee the recruitment.
  • If the customer needs to correct information before shipment, we can do so at no additional cost.

Applications for Aid

  • We do not guarantee the approval of benefits; our service consists only of complete and send the request with the information provided by the customer.
  • No refund shall be made if the aid is not approved.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the client. If data need to be corrected, we will do so at no additional cost, but if the correction is extensive, an extra charge may be applied.

Labour and professional summaries

  • If the customer cancels before starting the service, a 100% reimbursement.
  • If the summary has already been prepared, no refunds, since the service has been completed.
  • A round of minor corrections at no additional cost.

Custom Cards

  • If the design has already been made and the client decides do not print themthe 60%, since the cost of design is not refundable.
  • Once the cards have been sent to print, no refund, as the printing industry does not reimburse production or shipping costs.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the final product, No refund, since a design approval document is previously signed before printing.

Creation of Web sites

  • 100% will be refunded if the customer cancels before the design starts.
  • If the design has started, will be discounted by 40% of the total cost for work and time spent.
  • If the website has been delivered, no refunds shall be granted.
  • A round of minor corrections is allowed at no cost, but significant changes or extra functionalities can generate additional charges.

Medical Dates, Social, Governmental and Consular Departments

  • Dating management is a Administrative serviceand we do not guarantee the availability of the relevant entities.
  • If the appointment cannot be scheduled for lack of quota, 100% will be repaid.
  • If the appointment was confirmed, but the client does not attend, No refund.
  • If the client needs to reprogram, he can do it. once no costbut a second reprogramming can generate an additional charge.

IMPORTANT:

  • Reimbursements are processed within a period of 7-10 working days.
  • All requests should be sent in writing to the customer service mail.
